Charles Lewis, Jr. (also known as "Mask") and Dan Caldwell (also known as "Punkass") founded the Tapout company in 1997 in San Bernardino, California. The company is currently based in Toronto, Canada. In 2007, Tapout launched a reality television series, also called Tapout, on Versus. Each episode follows Mask, Punkass and their third partner, Tim "SkySkrape" Katz, as they scout fighters to add to their sponsorship roster.

Waachiim Spiritwolf is a Native American mixed martial artist. He fights in the Welterweight division. Spiritwolf has competed for King of the Cage, Fight Force, Bellator and Strikeforce. Spiritwolf has trained with Randy "The Natural" Couture and Dan Henderson. Spiritwolf is a Fresno native now fighting out of Poway in the San Diego area. He is the head instructor of his own gym, Spiritwolf MMA.
Dean Richard Lister is an American mixed martial artist and a former King of the Cage champion. He currently fights at the Middleweight division after moving down from the Light Heavyweight class. Lister's sparring partner and the former UFC light heavyweight champion Tito Ortiz invited Lister to be his assistant grappling coach on the third season of the Spike TV reality show, The Ultimate Fighter.
John "The Machine" Lober is an American mixed martial artist who competes in the Light Heavyweight division. He lost his last fight at Cage Wars Championship: Nightmare against Lee McKibbin on November 29th, 2009. Lober holds a notable victory over Frank Shamrock.
Justin McCully is an American mixed martial artist who most recently fought in the UFC heavyweight division. He has a professional fight record of ten wins, five losses, and two draws. He stands 6 ft 2 in and weighs 240 lb (110 kg).

In the lobby, you will able to experience the traditional authetnic Japanese armor provided by Japanese American Cultural Community Center (JACCC)

On the side of the lobby, there will be a small red carpet event where celebrities, Special Guests and VIP's will walk with medias

EAST PATTIO AREA

The East Patio Area is a lounge that is open to the public free of charge. In this area, you can get access to individual performers, martial arts organizations, obtain more information about these organizations and sponsors as well as get free coco-cola refreshments.

Within this same area, we have a small VIP section dedicated to those who are VIP. Those with VIP wrist bands will have access to meet celebrities and other VIP special guests.

WEST PATTIO AREA

In the West Patio Area, you can experience the Japanese cultural art forms of SADO (Japanese tea ceremony) by the Omotesenke school, KADO (Japanese flower arrangement) by the Sogetsu school, and SHODO (Japanese calligraphy) by the United States Shodo Association.
